  • Shape AI partnership priorities: Help define where Microsoft should focus engagement, investment and support across HSBC, aligned to business value, technology priorities, commercial opportunity and responsible AI adoption

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:

  • Financial services technology awareness: Understanding of enterprise technology adoption in a regulated financial services environment, including governance, risk, security and operational considerations.
  • Commercial and strategic analysis: Ability to assess opportunities, structure recommendations, identify value drivers and prioritise engagement areas based on strategic relevance and deliverability.
