We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP I / VP II - Investment

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to come up with prospects and potential customers with due regard to customer business activities and the range of commercial banking solutions available
  • Proactively understand our customers’ needs to identify any new potential requirements and better enable development of the existing portfolio
  • Review the Banks development objectives whilst ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Enhance service levels by resolving customer complaints and responsively acting on special requests in order to secure customer satisfaction
  • Assist Division Head of Investment in reviewing progress against division goals and business planning to achieve business objectives.

To be successful you will need:

  • University Degree Holder
  • Solid years of working experience in Investment Product distributions within the banking or financial institutions settings
  • Relevant experience in working within commercial banking or retail banking on investment products related
  • License holder of Hong Kong Securities Institution papers
  • Product knowledge in investment products in commercial banking
  • Sound understanding of investment requirements by customers and ability to address such needs
  • Negotiation and customer relationship skills and experience
  • Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in an efficient and precise manner
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Read and write in English and Chinese.
