Job Description
The Head of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving the HR agenda for digital business including AI, technology-led, data center, and cloud business within a diversified group. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the human capital strategy in an environment defined by rapid growth, highly specialized technical talent, and mission‑critical operations.
A key focus of this role will be to support digital business expansion. The role requires a solid HR leader with strong experience in digital business, and the ability to lead people strategy in complex, fast-evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Design and execute a forward-looking HR strategy that supports group-wide business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and cultural integration during business acquisitions or restructuring.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent across varied industries within the group.
- Build and implement scalable workforce planning models aligned with current and future business needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee the design and management of compensation frameworks and benefits programs that are both competitive and compliant with Thai labor law.
- Align reward structures to business performance and talent retention strategies.
- Ensure smooth operation of payroll, incentive schemes, and related financial processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Cultivate a positive, high-performance work culture across diverse business units.
- Lead the development of employee engagement strategies, communication frameworks, and change management initiatives.
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues with fairness and legal compliance.
Learning & Development
- Drive a culture of continuous learning through structured L&D programs that support both functional expertise and leadership development.
- Oversee succession planning and talent development for high-potential employees and key roles.
Performance Management
- Implement a group-wide performance management system that promotes accountability, growth, and alignment with corporate goals.
- Promote a feedback-driven culture with clear performance expectations and career development pathways.
Compliance & Policy Governance
- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and decisions comply with local labor regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Lead policy development and ensure effective communication and training across the organization.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Champion organizational design, restructuring, and transformation projects.
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness on a fast-paced environment.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the HR function.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 20 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 10 years in senior HR leadership roles in digital business or technology company.
- Proven track record in greenfield setups, or rapid business scaling
- Strong understanding of workforce requirements for technical and operational roles, including shift-based or critical-function environments.
- Deep knowledge of Thai labor law and global practices, HR governance, and market practices, particularly in operational or technology-driven contexts.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
