We are looking for an experienced HR ProcessImprovementSpecialistto drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function. This role will partner with HR stakeholders to map end-to-end processes,identifyimprovement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and lead the implementation of change initiatives to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to review, document, and map HR processes across the employee lifecycle

  • Identifyprocess improvement, simplification, automation, and standardization opportunities

  • Develop recommendations and business cases, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility

  • Lead and manage HR transformation projects from planning through implementation

  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of new processes

  • Work closely with Group HR and technology teams on HR system enhancements, change requests, and process optimization initiatives

  • Track project outcomes and ensure delivery of targeted benefits and improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degreein any field

  • More than5years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Process Excellence, or related areas

  • Proven experience in process mapping, process improvement, and project management

  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems is highly preferred

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) is an added advantage
