Job Description

Carenet is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, HR Business Partnership to lead and evolve our HR Business Partner function. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic HR leader who can translate business priorities with workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior business leaders to align people and workforce strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partner function that delivers strategic, consistent, and measurable business impact.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, organizational design, operating model improvements, and capability development.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and other significant business initiatives.
  • Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, talent strategies, and accountability for developing critical talent.
  • Use workforce insights, business data, and organizational trends to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and support informed decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, strong leadership, engagement, and positive employee experience.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience in HR Business Partnership, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing complex business and organizational decisions.
  • Experience leading and developing HR Business Partners and building strong HR operating models and capabilities.
  • Strong experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, transformation, talent strategy, or succession planning.
  • A proven ability to translate business priorities into practical people and organizational strategies.
  • Experience leading through significant organizational change, growth, transformation, or restructuring.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
