Job Description

Position Summary:

The Head of Account Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Eventus's operator and facility relationships, from initial engagement through long-term partnership. This position serves as the strategic owner of operator relationships, driving retention, growth, and customer satisfaction while partnering cross-functionally with clinical, operations, finance, marketing, and growth teams. The role is responsible for building and leading the account management function, strengthening strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring operator feedback influences organizational decision-making.

Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field required.

· Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or related field preferred.

· 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in account management, customer success, commercial relationship management, healthcare services, post-acute care, or related services.

· Proven experience managing complex multi-site operator, health system, or enterprise customer relationships.

· Experience building, scaling, and leading an account management function, including team design, hiring, and process development.

· Experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

· Professional certifications in account management, customer success, healthcare administration, or project management preferred.

Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.

Strong relationship management and executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Experience utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and analyzing account health metrics and KPI dashboards.

Knowledge of post-acute care, skilled nursing, assisted living, value-based care models, and healthcare operations.

4.

Strong business acumen, contract negotiation, strategic planning, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

1.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with operators, executives, and key stakeholders across assigned accounts.

2.

Serve as the senior executive point of contact for operator accounts throughout the relationship lifecycle.

3.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive presentations, and account performance discussions.

4.

Monitor health metrics and partner with analytics and finance teams to identify risks and implement retention strategies.

5.

Identify, develop, and execute upsell, cross-sell, and same-store growth opportunities within existing operator relationships.

6.

Design and implement account management processes, coverage models, escalation protocols, and performance measures.

7.

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing account management team.

8.

Collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, marketing, and growth teams to optimize customer satisfaction and service delivery.

9.

Represent Eventus at industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to strengthen strategic partnerships and market presence.

10.

Act as the voice of the operator by collecting feedback, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Other related duties as assigned.

Compliance Requirements

Adherence to Laws, Rules, Regulations, Standards, Guidelines, Policies and Procedures:

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures pertaining to the job.

· Remain informed of any changes to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards,guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures that impact the job and the company.

· Promptly report any non-compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Ethical Conduct:

· Perform the job duties with integrity and professionalism.

· Promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Patient Privacy and Confidentiality:

· Strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures.

· Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth

· policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

· Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties.

· Ensure that all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially.

Training and Education:

· Participate in all assigned training.

· Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.

Risk Management and Incident Reporting:

· Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks.

· Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
