Job Description

A leading global AdTech company with hundreds of employees and offices worldwide is looking for an experienced leader to head the Performance division. This role involves managing an existing User Acquisition team while building a new CTV performance activity from scratch - including strategy, team building, P&L ownership, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an existing team of 10-12 in Israel and establish a new CTV performance division.

• Develop growth strategies and initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.

• Full ownership of budget and P&L.

• Build and expand business partnerships globally.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition - required.

• Strong background in mobile marketing; CTV knowledge is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience managing teams and P&L.

• Track record of building a business function from the ground up and delivering measurable results.
