Job Description

VP Global Retail Operations:

An internationally recognized luxury fashion organization is seeking a strategic and operationally driven retail leader to oversee global retail operations during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation.

This executive will play a critical role in modernizing operational infrastructure across a worldwide store network while helping create a more connected, client-centric, and performance-driven retail organization. The position requires a highly collaborative operator who can balance elevated luxury standards with practical execution and scalable process development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global retail operations across store procedures, operational policies, reporting frameworks, KPI management, and retail execution standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, client engagement, retail leadership, visual presentation, and store development teams to improve consistency, communication, and operational readiness across all markets.
  • Oversee operational planning and execution for seasonal launches, commercial activations, and store openings while helping improve productivity, reporting visibility, and retail process efficiency globally.

Skills Required:

  • Extensive luxury retail operations and/or retail excellence leadership experience within an international fashion or lifestyle organization.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with expertise in retail KPIs, store productivity, process optimization, and organizational change management.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional global teams and build alignment across creative, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
