The VP Finance, Corporate Controller is a senior management position that plays a key leadership role and is in charge of Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting. This position is responsible for the accounting operations activities, all internal & external financial reporting, advising senior leadership on the interpretation of IFRS, GAAP accounting principles, and ensuring a strong control framework in the finance community, including US and Global business.
The VP Finance, Corporate Controller is responsible for building, leading, and developing a newly formed standalone corporate finance team. This high-performing Corporate Reporting team will be capable of independently supporting the financial reporting, governance, and compliance needs of a standalone business. This includes establishing clear roles, accountabilities, and reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant internal and external financial reporting.
The role designs and scales the corporate reporting organization to operate with end-to-end ownership of statutory reporting, management reporting, on-going preparation and review of all high-risk account reconciliations, financials reporting packages, tax, treasury, compliance and audit deliverables, while ensuring alignment with IFRS, GAAP, Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS), and local statutory requirements. The VP sets clear quality standards, embeds strong internal controls, and ensures the team has the technical depth to manage complex accounting topics without reliance on centralized structures.
Lead the strategy and execution for Tax, Treasury, Risk, and Investment operations, ensuring effective treasury execution, business funding, strong liquidity management and robust tax compliance and reporting.
A core focus is the development of sustainable talent and succession, strengthening technical accounting capabilities, leadership depth, and decision-making rigor within the team. This includes targeted coaching, formal training, and hands-on development.

Qualifications
The approximate annual pay range for this position is $280,000 to $313,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
