The VP, DM1 Commercial Asset Lead (CAL) is a passionate driver of the value of Dyne’s DM1 commercial asset with a global perspective, bringing adaptable leadership to develop and implement commercialization strategies that maximize reach and value creation within the neuromuscular portfolio.
This mandate includes market analysis, competitive positioning, launch readiness and execution, and input into lifecycle management to support long-term success in bringing the asset to patients globally. The CAL is a highly visible leadership role and, as a key member of the Program Team, works cross-functionally to influence and help shape Program strategy.
The CAL leads the definition of commercialization strategy, strategic imperatives, critical success factors, executional priorities, and global launch planning in close partnership with affiliate launch teams. This role balances a forward-looking orientation toward broad global access for patients with a pragmatic approach to planning, risk mitigation, and execution. The CAL collaborates with Program Team members, functional leads, and affiliate teams to achieve a differentiated product profile, competitive label, broad reimbursement, and successful global launches, starting with the U.S.
As a member of the Program Team, the CAL is responsible for advancing commercialization readiness and works in strong partnership with the Program Lead, Head of Commercialization, functional leaders, and affiliate launch teams.
This role is based onsite in Waltham, MA.
