Deliver Market & Competitive Insight

  • Develop a clear view of the evolving landscape and Disney’s ability to shape and win in the market
  • Identify emerging trends (e.g., technology, consumer behavior) and translate into strategic implications

Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Collaborate closely with segments, Investor Relations, FP&A, and Corporate Development to drive alignment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing critical business decisions
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to enable effective decision-making and execution

Lead and Develop Talent

  • Foster a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to build the next generation of strategy leaders

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen, including modeling, valuation, and capital allocation analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
