About the Client

Our client is Hong Kong conglomerate. They are currently looking for a VP/ AD with strong M&A or Corporate Finance professional to join their expanding Corporate Development team.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to Director and assist on all domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Conduct research, financial modelling to evaluate business case
• Partner with various business units to review business model and conduct feasibility studies
• Act as gatekeeper and identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions
• Participate in deal execution and negotiation
• Providing high level reviews and conclusion for the transactions to the board

Job Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years’ corporate finance with a top-tier or reputable investment bank, Preferably with cross-border M&A experience
• CPA or CFA will be an advantage
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
