  • Foster strong professional relationships with key external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and project partners, to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
  • Respectfully question the status quo to determine if there are new or better solutions to be considered
  • Develop programs and initiatives on a national scale that are in line with Colliers’ strategies and clients’ objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction processes, drive operational efficiencies, and reduce project costs without compromising quality.

  • Demonstrate and act as a role model and influencer of our values and cultural behaviors
  • Monitor project performance across the country, prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the status of ongoing projects, including budget, timeline, risks, and any potential issues.
  • Position REMS Canada as an industry leader in the national disciplines by participating in industry events, conferences, etc.
  • Participate in media publications regarding construction and project management
  • Develop national standards, KPIs, guidance and tools for project management issues to continually ‘raise the bar’ within Project Management
  • Co-develop and implement the operational plans and tools to carry out our long-term business strategy for the Construction Project Management group
  • As a technical expert, you support and coach the professional development of practitioners assigned to projects in your portfolio.
  • Understand market conditions across Canada, and assist in the development of regional plans
