About the Role

Securitas is seeking an experienced and commercially focused leader to join our team as Vice President, Commercial Growth.

This leadership role is responsible for driving growth initiatives, supporting enterprise sales strategies, and expanding relationships with key clients across the organization. Working closely with the Senior Vice President, Commercial Growth and business leaders throughout the company, the Vice President will help execute strategic growth plans, improve commercial performance, and support the pursuit of large and complex customer opportunities.

We are looking for a leader who is energized by customer engagement, business development, and coaching high-performing commercial teams. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership experience, business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence results across a matrixed organization.

This position is fully remote and requires residence near a major airport to support travel and client engagement throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Execute Commercial Growth Strategies

  • Partner with the Senior Vice President and commercial leadership teams to implement growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Support strategic pursuits involving enterprise and multi-location clients.
  • Drive pipeline development, opportunity management, and revenue growth across assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to improve commercial performance and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actions that improve sales effectiveness.

Lead Client and Prospect Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Participate in executive presentations, customer meetings, proposal development, and strategic pursuits.
  • Support customer retention, expansion, and account growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while representing the organization's value proposition.

Improve Commercial Effectiveness

  • Implement best practices, tools, and processes that enhance commercial execution.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to improve consistency and accountability.
  • Support training, coaching, and development programs that elevate team performance.
  • Promote disciplined pipeline management and forecasting practices.

Utilize Data and Market Intelligence

  • Analyze customer, market, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Provide recommendations based on industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Support data-driven decision-making throughout the commercial organization.

Collaborate Across the Enterprise

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Build alignment and drive execution across multiple business functions.
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

An Ideal Candidate Brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in sales, business development, commercial leadership, or account growth roles.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience leading and developing business development or sales professionals.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions and geographic markets.

Experience That Sets You Apart:

  • Experience in the security industry or another large-scale service organization.
  • Experience supporting enterprise, national, or multi-site customer relationships.
  • Background partnering with operational leaders in field-based organizations.
  • Experience implementing commercial processes, sales enablement programs, or growth initiatives.
