• Act as an escalation point and ensure client satisfaction is achieved by consistently delivering excellent and market leading service
• Maintain the highest level of support to designated top ranking clients
• Prepare and release news broadcasts on market and regulatory development.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, SLAs and other client driven documents
• Coordinate with product partners to offer solutions based on the customers' needs and nature of the business
• Coordinate new client onboarding procedure including document review, liaising with internal stakeholders, setting up operational procedures.
• Drive adoption of initiatives and practices that enable consistent, competitive, service experiences for clients as well as internal stakeholders
• Streamline processes to enhance customer experience and introduce consistent service quality standards, performance metrics and reporting

Qualifications

• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Korean
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with business customers at all levels and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Preferably with minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the Korean securities industry including direct custody and clearing
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task under high pressure and make decisions in complex and difficult situations.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
