HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a VP of Chemical Cleaning Services to join their team. The VP is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and implementing effective operational and technical strategies to ensure successful project execution in alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives. This role is instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall operational performance across the organization.

  • Drives continuous improvement and enhance operation performance within the organization. Analyze ongoing business for gaps, deficiencies and opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Define, monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent operational excellence across your assigned lines of business (LOB) and related services. Shape and oversee the development of technical deliverables, processes, and frameworks to support LOB opportunities and project execution. Coordinate the end‑to‑end operational approach to ensure scalability, reliability, and quality.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Develop timely internal and external programs to meet the goals of the organization and line of business.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert by sourcing knowledge and tools; standardize, automate and refine core processes to drive measurable gains in efficiency, quality and resilience, supporting scalable organizational expansion.
  • Regularly conduct customer account reviews in collaboration with direct reports and cross-functional teams—including Operations, Finance, Sales, NPL leadership, and Marketing—to ensure operational alignment and drive growth objectives.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and harness emerging technologies to drive operational excellence and promote communication and coordination between sales, and operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational risks and develop targeted, actionable mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize potential disruptions.
  • Perform complex and sensitive assignments from the SVP and/or the EVP.
  • Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to drive meaningful collaboration and long-term success.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related required.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Six Sigma preferred.
  • Knowledge of technical, system, operational, target market with and an in-depth understanding of the competitors.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication skills.
  • Strong ability for strategic planning.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
