Our Analytics organization comprises of data analysts who focus on enabling strategies to enhance customer and partner experience and optimize business performance through data management and development of full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics solutions using cutting edge technologies thereby enabling business growth.
Purpose:
VP, Business Intelligence - Bank, Digital and DV&L: This People Manager role is part of India Analytics Hub & Business Intelligence (IAH & BI) org. The role will deliver on business and organizational priorities for Consumer Bank, Digital, and Diversified and Value and Lifestyle platforms focusing on business intelligence solutions, that are powered by data and analytics. The candidate will own both product outcomes (roadmap, adoption, value realization) and delivery execution (planning, dependencies, predictable releases) for assigned Business Intelligence products and capabilities. The candidate will also collaborate with internal Synchrony platform analytics teams across US and India, cross-functionally and with our partners to enhance overall customer experience and guide our stakeholders in making more informed decisions by delivering governed, scalable, and user-friendly BI solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative streams with 8+ years of hands-on relevant analytics/business intelligence experience, or in lieu of a degree 10+ years of relevant analytics/business intelligence experience.
Work Timings:
This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs) We are proud to offer flexibility at Synchrony. Our way of working allows you the option to work from home or workspaces in our Regional Engagement Hubs—Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, or Delhi/NCR. Occasionally you may be required to commute or travel to Hyderabad or one of the Regional Engagement Hubs for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
