About Your Company

Our partner a globally renowned alternative investor that deploys actively in Pan Asia, US and UK. We are looking for a private equity investment associate to join a team of alternative investment professionals to cover both fund allocation and direct investment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to investment structuring and portfolio management

• Conduct in-depth industry and company research, including financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive assessments

• Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including the development of investment theses and recommendations

• Support the deal execution process, including the preparation of investment memoranda, coordination with legal and financial advisors, and negotiation of transaction terms

• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, identify value creation opportunities, and contribute to ongoing portfolio management initiatives

• Collaborate with the broader investment team to share insights, ideas, and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in private equity with a focus Pan Asia, US, UK

• Candidates from investment banking, audit firm, consulting firm can be considered

• Prior experience in Financial institutions/ fintech would be advantageous

• Strong network of contacts within the local business and investment community..

• Excellent financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
