Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome customers and create a personalized buying experience.
• Learn their needs and match them with the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Become an expert on Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process.
• Build relationships that create repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with customers and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Use proven sales strategies to maximize every opportunity.
