Experienced European Automotive Technician Opportunity

Volkswagen of Tacoma is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with experience in diagnostics and repair of Volkswagen and European vehicles.

This role is best suited for technicians who are confident in their diagnostic ability, can work independently, and are comfortable in a production-based flat-rate environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics on Volkswagen and European vehicles
• Complete mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
• Handle warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs to factory standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors
• Ensure proper repair completion and quality control
• Maintain efficient workflow in a busy shop

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Volkswagen or European technician required or strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Experience working in a flat-rate or production shop environment
• Ability to consistently produce quality repair work
• Professional and team-oriented mindset

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
