
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Director of Voices Against Violence to provide strategic leadership for one of the region’s most impactful survivor advocacy organizations. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, strengthen community partnerships, and help shape the future of services for survivors throughout Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
At Voices Against Violence, we believe everyone deserves to live free from violence and abuse. For more than 40 years, we have worked to empower survivors, educate communities, and prevent sexual violence, domestic violence, and stalking through direct services, community education, advocacy, and systems change.
As a key leader within CVOEO, the Director of Voices Against Violence will guide organizational strategy, foster innovation, and champion efforts that advance safety, equity, and justice for survivors. This role oversees operations, staff development, financial management, fundraising, community engagement, and program planning while ensuring high-quality, survivor-centered services.
Salary $80,622- $84,808 based on experience.
