Job Description

  • Manage the termination cost, Voice P&L (revenue. Cost. Margin). Maintain and monitor voice quality KPIs in coordination with technology.

  • Coordination with MA&RA to ensure accurate reconciliation and billing in addition to handling disputes. And Coordinate with international carriers.

  • Negotiation of corridor deals with operators from APAC & ME carriers/operators, Domestic voice commercial and operations.

  • Commercial owner of traffic and billing management. Liaise with finance to ensure accurate booking for Interconnect Cost.

  • Coordination with technology for monitoring voice quality KPIs and ensuring.

  • Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom or IT.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in voice interconnect is a must for this position

  • In-depth experience in influencing cross functionally against the delivery of a marketing plan

  • Excellent understanding of voice and excellent relation with voice carriers/operators.

  • Expertise in numbering range, short codes, local regulations.
