Manage the termination cost, Voice P&L (revenue. Cost. Margin). Maintain and monitor voice quality KPIs in coordination with technology.
Coordination with MA&RA to ensure accurate reconciliation and billing in addition to handling disputes. And Coordinate with international carriers.
Negotiation of corridor deals with operators from APAC & ME carriers/operators, Domestic voice commercial and operations.
Commercial owner of traffic and billing management. Liaise with finance to ensure accurate booking for Interconnect Cost.
Coordination with technology for monitoring voice quality KPIs and ensuring.
Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
5+ years of relevant experience in voice interconnect is a must for this position
In-depth experience in influencing cross functionally against the delivery of a marketing plan
Excellent understanding of voice and excellent relation with voice carriers/operators.
