  configuring Cisco voice equipment.

  Monitors data-voice
  communication links to maintain a standard level of service’s quality.
• 
  Retains high uptime for voice communication links.
• 
  Performs or assists in
  troubleshooting and diagnosing network-voice problems and corrects identified
  problems.
• 
  Design and support Voice solutions.

Requirements

• 
  Bacholer degree in Communication engineering, computer engineering.
• 
  2+ years of experience in the same field.
• 
  Solid experience with different voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP, digital PRI / T1, analog FXO / FXS.
• 
  Extensive experience with cisco call manager configuration, cisco call center script editing, trunking systems and cisco voice gateway.
• 
  CCNP Voice is required, CCIE Voice is a plus.
