The Opportunity Adult Community Learning (ACL), part of Essex County Council, is seeking a passionate Vocational Trainer to deliver high-quality Health & Social Care learning across Essex. Accountabilities Deliver engaging Health & Social Care training to adult learners and apprentices. Support learners working towards qualifications up to Level 5. Bring learning to life using your real-world sector experience. Work closely with employers and learners to help them achieve their goals. Skills & Knowledge: Significant Health & Social Care sector experience. With subject specific qualification up to Level 3 (Level 5 desirable). Experience supporting, mentoring, training or developing others. Knowledge of Adult Care and/or Children's Residential Care. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for helping others learn and develop. Desirable Teaching, training and/or assessment qualifications. Experience delivering qualifications or apprenticeships.
