Our Guiding Principles:
Vocational Supporters perform a variety of functions related to vocational rehabilitation. Functions may include roles such as supervising vocational employees in the drop-in center, ensuring efficient daily market operation, events planning and execution, providing customer service, milieu management and similar activities. Responsible for rehabilitation activities which support consumers who want social interaction, engagement, or skills development.

Typical Physical & Mental Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 40 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
Working Conditions
May do work in warehouse setting requiring safety shoes and required PPE.Work environment can be fast-paced and emotionally demanding, requiring adaptability and resilience. Noise level is generally moderate but may vary during peak patient flow.
