REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years working experience as Digital PM or related roles Ability to listen, understand, analyze and synthesize the different business needsStrong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and styleCreative thinker with vision, take the lead while being good team playerStrong ability to adapt in a fast evolving environment and solve problemsStrong planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big pictureBilingual in Chinese and English (oral and written), French is a plusYou have experience with e-commerce, CRM, WeChat mini-programs and other digital IT systemsExperience in e-commerce and retail is appreciatedStrong understanding of the market, with the ability to deliver clear and effective presentationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsCollege education or above
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLIdentify business needs and prioritize objectives & tasksManage the relationship with stakeholdersEnsure the availability of resources, plan capacity, define technical solutions in line with the context and the customer’ standardsOrganize the different project phases, follow schedules, develop roadmaps, as long as establishing guidelines and project governance frameworkTest and validate the quality of product developments and make sure they meet the requirements (acceptance tests / UAT)Guarantee the support to end users (customers) and the quality of the delivered solution
EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years working experience as Digital PM or related roles
REQUIRED SKILLSAgile process principles and tools, deep understanding of digital solutions, strong PM experience
APPRECIATED SKILLSUX, Website, H5, WeChat Miniprogram & best practices, CRM & sCRM, e-commerce and/or e-retail
