Deloitte Passport FY27 – Audit & Assurance – Hanoi – 4th Year Student

Deloitte Passport is an inclusive journey for 3rd-4th year students with opportunities to have real-life experience with Deloitte while pursuing your degree. Each student who is successfully selected to participate in the program will be given a “Passport” with milestones for you to check in by finishing intensive trainings and tailor-made internships. After finishing the entire journey, you will have opportunity to become a permanent staff of Deloitte Vietnam.

For 4th year students at university, you will be offered the #BTL Flight (Breaking The Limit Flight) which is the last stage of the journey. It means that you will be exempted other flights of the program. You will be receiving in-depth training and a full-time internship in either Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal at Deloitte Vietnam.

Role & responsibilities:

Audit Fieldwork: Be assigned to various Audit engagement teams and support audit team to:

1. Prepare admin works before fieldwork such as assembling auditing files, printing documents, arranging all logistics for the fieldwork
2. Help vouching, checking auditing evidences during the fieldwork
3. Conduct auditing work accordance to the Deloitte Audit approach
4. Conduct research, consolidate or analyze data
5. Conduct other tasks assigned by the audit team leader during fieldwork at client site

Office work:

1. Communicating with different departments in the Company to handle works for the audit teams
2. Conduct different office works to prepare for audit reports/proposals.
3. Review, prof-reading proposals, audit reports, auditing deliverables when assigned
4. Translate the documents (proposals, audit reports, other deliverables)
5. Handle the distribution of confirmation letters at the requirements of the audit teams
6. Other tasks assigned by the audit teams

Requirements:

• 4th year students with background in accounting, auditing, economics, commerce, finance, banking, law, foreign trade or IT
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Ethical behavior
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Enthusiasm and ability to assume a high level of responsibilities
• High commitment to success and continue learning
• Professional qualification is preferred
