Deloitte Passport FY27 - Audit & Assurance - Hanoi - 3rd Year Student

Deloitte Passport is an inclusive journey for 3rd-4th year students with opportunities to have real-life experience with Deloitte while pursuing your degree. Each student who is successfully selected to participate in the program will be given a “Passport” with milestones for you to check in by finishing intensive trainings and tailor-made internships. After finishing the entire journey, you will have opportunity to become a permanent staff of Deloitte Vietnam.

For 3rd year students, you may take more than 1 flight. There are 2 flights in a year that cover intensive training and mentoring. During the journey, you may be rotated across functions.

Role & responsibilities:

Support Audit teams Be assigned to audit engagements and support audit team to:

1. Prepare admin works before fieldwork such as assembling auditing files, printing documents, arranging all logistics for the fieldwork
2. Do vouching, checking auditing evidences during the fieldwork
3. Conduct research, consolidate or analyze data
4. Conduct other tasks assigned by the audit team leader during fieldwork

Support with checking the audit reports/support audit teams

1. Review, prof-reading proposals, audit reports, auditing deliverables when assigned
2. Translate the documents (proposals, audit reports, other deliverables)
3. Handle the distribution of confirmation letters at the requirements of the audit teams
4. Other support tasks assigned by the audit teams/support teams

Office work

1. Communicating with different departments in the Company to handle admin works for the audit teams/ EA team
2. Conduct different office works such to prepare audit reports/proposals

Requirements:

• 3rd year students with background in accounting, auditing, economics, commerce, finance, banking, law, foreign trade or IT
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Ethical behavior
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Enthusiasm and ability to assume a high level of responsibilities
• High commitment to success and continue learning
