VMI Business Analyst (Supply Chain Consultant)

Location: Diegem, Belgium (Hybrid – Office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)
Travel: Up to 10%

We're looking for a VMI Business Analyst to join our Datalliance Europe team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's largest consumer goods companies, helping them optimise their supply chains through our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solution.

Our customers include globally recognised organisations such as P&G, Mars, Mondelez, Unilever, Reckitt and Johnson & Johnson, giving you the opportunity to work alongside supply chain experts from Fortune 500 businesses while developing specialist expertise in a unique supply chain solution.

About the role

This is a varied customer-facing role that combines customer support, consulting, implementation and continuous improvement.

During your first year, your focus will primarily be on supporting existing customers, learning our solution and building your expertise. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll gradually take ownership of customer implementations and larger consulting projects. Our solution is highly specialised, and we invest significantly in training and development, with full proficiency typically taking between 6 and 18 months.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day support to customers and resolving system and supply chain queries.
• Analysing customer performance and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs and VMI performance.
• Building trusted relationships with customers through regular coaching and guidance.
• Supporting the implementation of new customers and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Working alongside the Sales team as a product expert during customer demonstrations and solution discussions.
• Collaborating with Product Development by providing customer feedback and assisting with testing of new features.
• Managing a variety of tasks and priorities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and French (essential).
• Additional European languages are highly desirable.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) or a similar customer-facing consulting or support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Someone who enjoys supporting customers as much as delivering projects.
• A proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple priorities and is committed to continuous learning.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers achieve success.
