The Role You Could Play

At MECCA, we're passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences, and our Visual Merchandising team plays a critical role in bringing our brand to life across our retail network. As VM Manager, Production you will lead the end-to-end production and delivery of visual merchandising experiences, from campaign launches and flagship store activations to immersive customer experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising, you'll partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure creative concepts are executed with excellence, consistency and impact, while driving innovation, operational excellence and sustainability across all production activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production and delivery of VM campaigns, activations, flagship experiences and promotional launches across the MECCA network.

  • Manage supplier partnerships across print, fabrication, logistics and installation to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Oversee production budgets, forecasting, governance and operational planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Drive process improvement, operational excellence and sustainable production practices across VM operations.

  • Lead and develop the Production Coordinator while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in Visual Merchandising, production, experiential marketing, retail design or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end production delivery across campaigns, activations and customer-facing environments.

  • Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting and operational planning within a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for innovation, sustainability and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
