Job Description

1. Raw material order management, release order timely, following order status, make sure material delivered as per requested and no down time in production time.

2. Supplier management:

  1. For raw material shortage: Monitoring material short and long term supply status, highlight supply risks, analyze shortage reason, define effective recovery plan and preventive action plan to avoid it in future with PPC/PUR.
  2. For project with supplier: Lead and participate in CIP project and work together with supplier to do improvement.

3. Evaluate supplier performance on monthly base. 4. Lead & Participate internal CIP project management, e.g. optimizing the process, cost saving. 5. Raw material inventory management, slow non moving management, SOP and EOP material planning management, ECR supporting, material planning related audit supporting 6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor or master degree in business administration, industrial or mechanical engineering (major subject in supply chain management, logistics analyst preferred)
  2. Practical System knowledge: SAP (mandatory),MS office package(Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-bi)
  3. Digital tools competence is preferred: Python or other digital tools
  4. Advanced written and oral English communication skills
  5. Analytical, accurate and result oriented working style
  6. Service quality driven mindset with advanced problem solving and CIP skills
  7. Strong customer service orientation
  8. Very good communication and negotiation skills with strong assertiveness
  9. Intercultural competence
