职位描述
1、岗位通用要求： 1）专业基础：掌握机器人、数学、最优化、机器学习的基础理论； 2）技术能力：掌握良好的编程规范，熟练使用Python/C++之一与对应的工具链； 3）经验：有机器人控制经验，对数据质量有深刻理解，了解机器人行业； 2、分方向额外要求： 1）VLA方向：深入了解VLA、VLM、图像语音生成模型，有VLA/VLM训练经验； 3、承担主要目标/关键任务 1）研究场景：1. 全身VLA操作；2. 灵巧操作；3. 高动态反应式操作； 2）算法研究：跟踪学术进展，复现前沿算法，总结当前方法的不足，提出更有效的创新方案。 - 基建建设：维护仿真环境、训练框架，设计与实现数据质量评估与清洗方案 - 工作方向：分为VLA基础模型结构研究、强化学习预训练方向、强化学习后训练方向
