About the Role
Vitality Distribution & Engagement (Tied Distribution), Specialist is responsible of spearheading AIA Vitality, an award-winning health and wellness programme to the Tied Distribution channel to effectively engage and support them on their business to drive business growth and Vitality integration.
The incumbent should have extensive experience in business development and preferably in insurance field and be able to work and interact well cross-functionally across districts/agencies and departments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead AIA Vitality for the Tied Distribution channel by supporting a strong proposition to drive Vitality-linked sales and grow retail membership.
Partner with Tied Distribution to deliver sales training, targeted campaigns, and customer engagement activities to boost Vitality awareness, engagement, and sales performance.
Provide end-to-end Vitality support to Tied Distribution, including sales opportunities, post-sale integration, and member servicing issue resolution.
Work closely with Business Development Managers across channels to ensure they are well-trained on Vitality offerings, processes, campaigns, and sales tools.
Track and report Vitality sales performance monthly, monitoring membership growth and KRA achievement.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related fields.
At least 5 years of related industry experience.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential for influencing multiple stakeholders across agency forces and distribution channels.
Articulative with strong business acumen, good influencing, and presentation skills.
A creative mindset focused on innovation, storytelling, and enhancing customer experiences.
Strong with numbers and sales reporting.
