Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) | Corporate Health | Midtown Manhattan

Work Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY.
Commutable From: Stamford, CT and surrounding areas.
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2.
Pay Range: Starting from $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Benefits: PTO, sick time, and 401(k).
No weekends. No on-call.

A Different Kind of Advanced Practice Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to support an onsite employee health and wellness clinic in a professional corporate setting in Midtown Manhattan.
Unlike a traditional high-volume primary care or urgent care setting, this role focuses on supporting employees during the workday through preventive services, health screenings, point-of-care testing, wellness education, and appropriate evaluation of acute health concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to onsite medical situations involving employees.
• Administer vaccines (including flu and COVID) pursuant to standing orders/protocols and documentation requirements.
• Perform rapid point-of-care testing, including COVID, flu, strep, glucose, and cholesterol testing as needed.
• Support biometric screenings and preventive health services.
• Provide lifestyle coaching related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and long-term wellness support to employees in accordance with program guidelines.
• Recommend appropriate follow-up care or referrals.
• Manage patient appointments and workflows.
• Maintain and manage onsite medical equipment and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage, restocking, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information and comply with applicable privacy and security requirements (HIPAA and related policies).

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in New York.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or advanced practice nursing program.
• Current national board certification appropriate to the provider's specialty.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar setting.
• Knowledgeable with common health concerns such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and preventive care.
• Comfortable practicing independently within established protocols and scope of practice.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional corporate environment.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan.
