Job Description

As our campus continues to grow, we are seeking a Vital Living Coordinator for home services.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring a consistent, quality driven delivery of home care services to appropriate clients.
• Scheduling, directing, supervising and training department employees.
• Making arrangements for transportation of residents to and from appointments.
• Completing department billing.
• Meeting with clients and families to ensure satisfaction of offered services.

Requirements

This role requires a self-starter with a positive, eager, and responsive attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (an Associate may work)

Experience: 2 years of experience in senior living, social work or healthcare related field

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
