Visy is looking for experienced Forklift Operators with Grab Attachment experience to join our industry-leading Board Manufacturing operations. If you're a skilled forklift driver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can confidently handle large paper rolls using grab attachments, we want to hear from you.

This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work across two of our South-East Queensland sites, depending on your location, while being part of a high-performing logistics team that keeps our world-class manufacturing facilities running efficiently.

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient movement of large paper rolls, packaging materials, and finished products using specialised Grab attachment forklifts You'll play a critical role in supporting production operations, maintaining warehouse efficiency, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts fitted with Grab attachments to transport large paper rolls safely and accurately.
• Load and unload automated production equipment.
• Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the site.
• Complete quality checks and inventory-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production and logistics teams to achieve daily targets.
• Follow all site safety procedures and operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Current LF Forklift License.
• Demonstrated Grab attachment forklift operating experience
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work across multiple Visy sites as rostered.
• Own reliable transport.

Shift Availability

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday across both:

• Day Shift: Start times between 5:00am – 6:00am
• Afternoon Shift: Start times between 2:00pm – 3:00pm
