We are currently looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Visualization Lead.

The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $130K - $170K, with a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. As the OT Data and Visualization Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data automation solutions across our operations. You will lead a team of data professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficient and effective use of data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in OT systems, data analysis, and visualization techniques, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of data migration solutions to support various business functions.
  • Lead the development and execution of visualization strategies for OT data.
  • Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions to address business needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of programmers and data analysts designing and implementing dashboards, reports, and other visual tools to provide real-time insights into operational performance.
  • Monitor and optimize data automation processes to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data automation and analytics.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data automation, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and relevant data engineering tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of OT systems and data, including SCADA, PLCs, and communication protocols.
  • Experience with data integration platforms and ETL tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data issues.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
