Education and Work Experience Requirements:
· Overall, 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Industry. Min 3 years of experience working as
Visualization Engineer.
· Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to
stakeholders.
· Ensure data quality and accuracy through effective data validation techniques.
· Develop and manage Power BI data models to optimize performance and provide a reliable data
source for dashboards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and define key
performance indicators (KPIs).
· Utilize advanced DAX functions to create calculated measures and custom visualizations.
· Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support
data analysis and reporting needs.
· Proactively monitor the health, availability, and performance of reports and dashboards
· Provide support to end-users for PowerBI Dashboards, addressing queries and ensuring smooth
usage
· Manage user access and authorization for Dashboards, adhering to security guidelines
· Maintain documentation for reports and dashboards, configurations, and issue resolution
procedures
· Analyze the performance of PowerBI Reports and dashboards, optimizing as needed
· Identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations in DAX, processes and implement
enhancements
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Hands-on experience on following:
· MS SQL
· Advance Excel
· Power BI and DAX
· Good to have Power Automate
· Strong Presentation skills data driven storytelling

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
