About the team
We are looking for a detail-oriented and user-centric Product Operations specialist to support TikTok's Visual Search team. You will help build and operationalize the evaluation framework for visual search experiences, turning user insights and data into clear quality standards and actionable recommendations that drive search retention and strategy optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the product team in developing the visual search evaluation metrics framework; deliver analytical conclusions that provide clear directional guidance to improve visual search user retention.
- Collaborate with strategy and algorithm teams, leveraging user research and data analysis to deeply understand user needs; define high-quality content standards and the ideal visual search experience to drive strategy optimization.
- Partner with downstream delivery and operations teams to implement and execute experience evaluation standards; apply automated evaluation methods to ensure routine and exploratory evaluation tasks are delivered on time and to the required quality.
