ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative and creative individual to join our Factorie VM & Store Experience team as a Visual Merchandising Manager. Based in our Global Support Centre, you will enable our vision by leading and developing the Visual Merchandising team to deliver visual stories that reflect the style of each season to support maximising sales within our retail stores.

You will collaborate with our Factorie Buying /Trend teams to ensure our DNA and values are executed through compelling visual experiences that play a key part in contributing to the success of the region. From strategy in the long lead space to short lead execution, your role is responsible for the overall customer experience.

You will coach your team to develop their creative problem solving skills to ensure that we are delivering on commercial results and sales opportunities. You will own the delivery of visual merchandising product presentations, campaign implementation and display techniques that best showcase our brands by planning VM activities and strategies that support growth. If you are a creative problem solver and are passionate about leading a team to success through the execution of visual stories, then this could be your new role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree / qualification / experience in a relevant field i.e. Visual Merchandising, Fashion
  • Extensive experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role i.e. Support Centre VM, Senior Space Planner role, Long Lead VM. etc
  • Proven experience in a people leadership, where you have successfully lead and developed a team
  • A strong understanding of the brand would be critical for success in this position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Proven problem solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit
  • Agile, collaborative and influential in the long lead and strategic space
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas, Microsoft Office
