Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Visual Merchandising Intern to join our team and help us bring the Tiffany & Co. brand story to life in our stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in visual merchandising within a luxury retail environment.

You'll be supporting our UKIN market in implementing visual merchandising initiatives, learning how to blend creativity with commercial understanding.

Your Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising and Creative Campaigns

  • Assisting with campaign success: You'll help the VM Market Lead by gathering insights on successful visual merchandising initiatives from both local and global teams.
  • Understanding campaign nuances: You'll learn how to interpret feedback from the VM Market Lead and identify local considerations for merchandise in our creative campaigns, ensuring optimal presentation.
  • Supporting campaign logistics: You'll assist with the ordering process and logistics for creative campaigns across our stores, including helping with local production needs and tracking any post-installation challenges or requests.
  • Documenting success stories: You'll help compile examples of successful visual merchandising after campaign installations or updates.
  • Learning about store layouts: You'll support updates to store floorplans in our global system and monitor the impact of changes.
  • Aiding with replenishment: You'll assist VM Market Leads in gathering replenishment orders and following up with our global team on invoices.
  • Supporting new store openings: You'll have the chance to contribute to the setup of new store openings, helping track floorplans and open orders.

Events & In-Store Activations

  • Contributing to VM activations: You'll support the VM Lead for UK boutiques on visual merchandising activations, particularly for our key stores.
  • Helping with event planning: You'll assist the VM Lead with event setup and planning, including tracking orders and related items.
  • Assisting with regional activations: You'll support the team with in-store activations across the region, helping to consolidate floorplans, production information, and installation details.
  • Supporting pop-up events: You'll help gather necessary details from markets for global teams and production vendors for pop-up activations.

Your Profile

  • Must currently be based in London/United Kingdom
  • Must currently hold authorization to work in the United Kingdom
  • A keen interest in visual merchandising or related fields, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
  • Process-oriented with sound decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic team environment (ability to multi-task is essential)
  • Possess overall luxury aesthetic sensibility
  • Interest in Jewellery, retail trends and consumer behaviour
  • Working proficiency in English

    Preferred
  • Prior Merchandising or Retail experience would be beneficial, preferably in a luxury brand
