
Compensation Package: CCNL Commercio, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary: €65.200,00 + 10% annual bonus based on company performance.

For our International Retail Hub based in Milan, we are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Excellence Senior Project Manager.
In this role, you will drive the evolution of Nespresso Visual Merchandising excellence across the global boutique network. You will define, develop and continuously enhance Visual Merchandising standards and capability-building programs for the global VM community, while leading the creation, implementation and governance of year-round Retail Communication and Visual Identity initiatives. Your contribution will help ensure brand consistency, commercial effectiveness and differentiated customer experience across all markets.
