
Job Purpose:
The Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager plays a key supporting role in maintaining and elevating CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty image across all points of sale. This position assists in executing VM strategies, coordinating boutique openings and renovations, ensuring high‑quality visual executions, and supporting campaign implementation in alignment with CHANEL’s luxury standards.
The role requires strong coordination, aesthetic sensitivity, and agility to bring the CHANEL Difference to life at POS, while partnering closely with Marketing, Retail, Store Planning and Regional VM teams.
