As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional in-store customer journey. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong commercial mindset, you bring the brand's vision to life, elevating the collection in a way that is both inspiring and aligned with business goals. Supporting the Area Visual Manager, you drive consistent and elevated visual merchandising execution across your responsible stores, ensuring brand standards are delivered while adapting to local market needs. Your work enhances the visual appeal of the store, strengthens customer engagement, and contributes to sales performance through commercially impactful visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through inspiring visual merchandising, styling expertise, and strong product knowledge.
  • Execute Global Visual Brand Guidelines across windows, mannequins, and in-store displays to ensure a consistent and commercial customer experience.
  • Interpret sales performance, customer insights, and local market trends to drive visual merchandising decisions and commercial results.
  • Adapt regional visual direction to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
  • Plan and implement impactful window displays, mannequin styling, and shop floor presentations that inspire customers and support business goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits, monitor visual standards, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance execution across responsible stores.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Visual Merchandiser(s), ensuring high standards and consistent delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Area Visual Manager and Store Management teams to implement visual updates, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on visual merchandising performance, identifying opportunities to improve standards and results.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and visual merchandising expert, ensuring every visual touchpoint enhances the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding of how to elevate in-store experiences through impactful visual storytelling and exceptional customer service.
  • Visual Presentation Expertise: Advanced visual merchandising skills with experience executing brand visual standards across windows, mannequins, styling, and in-store displays.
  • Fashion & Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, seasonal styling, and local market influences, with the ability to translate them into inspiring visual presentations.
  • Commercial Awareness & Analytical Skills: Experienced in using KPIs, sales data, customer behaviour, and feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions, evaluate performance, and drive commercial results.
  • Visual Standards & Compliance: Proven ability to deliver consistent visual execution while maintaining brand integrity across multiple locations or areas of responsibility.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to quickly identify and resolve challenges related to product availability, space limitations, visual execution, or changing priorities.
  • Leadership: Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team, with the ability to motivate others and drive high standards of execution.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with experience organising teams, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating effectively with Area and Store Management teams.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Able to respond quickly to changing business needs, customer expectations, and market opportunities.
  • Eager to Learn: Open to continuous learning and actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • English language skills.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week in our Cos, Regent St store.
