Title: Visual Merchandiser Dubai Mall
Reporting to:Visual Merchandising Team Leader
Role Purpose:
As a Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for the quality and consistency of visual merchandising in Dubai Mall store.This position requires in-store merchandising skills and an ability to merge commercial and aesthetic concerns through the improvement of in-store appearance; interpreting Group guidelines to enhance the store atmosphere, the client experience, and business goals. The Visual Merchandising Executive will work strategically with the Visual Merchandising Manager, Store Manager, Communications Team, and Operations Team to execute visual merchandising initiatives to drive and maximize sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Create in-store displays by defining, designing, and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy in line with Hermes Group Guidelines.
Merchandise in alignment to the Hermes culture, products, image, and target market
Represent and convey the company values and spirits into the stores.
Liaise closely with the Retail/Commercial Team to keep up to date with retail performance, and retail sales in order to support the sales performances through visual merchandising.
Ensure that the new collections and seasonal products are launched on time according to VM Global Guidelines.
Conduct weekly VM-Check Lists to ensure that the image of the store is according to the Group Guidelines.
Monitor the needs of PLVs in Dubai Mall and ensure they are ordered whenever necessary.
Collaborate closely with communication team and Dubai Mall store management to support on the implementation of retail animations and to select products for window installations.
Assist Dubai Mall team on the shop floor related to merchandising whenever necessary.
Train and coach, the sales staff and/or store managers on the in-store visual merchandising rules, and guidelines and ensure proper understanding of standard gestures.
Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to translate the values of Hermes in the presentation of the products in-store.
