JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Visual Merchandiser to join the Burberry team in Bicester, playing a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through inspiring and commercially driven product presentation. This role is central to delivering a consistent luxury experience, ensuring visual standards elevate the customer journey while supporting business performance. Working collaboratively across store teams, you will combine creativity, precision and pace to adapt displays to a fast-moving retail environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver visually compelling product presentations that reflect Burberry’s brand guidelines and luxury standards.
  • Collaborate closely with store leadership and retail teams to align visual execution with commercial priorities.
  • Adapt displays efficiently in response to multiple requests, trading needs and seasonal updates.
  • Maintain exceptional standards through consistent attention to detail across all visual touchpoints.
  • Use market and partner insight to inform styling decisions and optimise product storytelling.
  • Support problem-solving on the shop floor, contributing ideas that balance creativity with practicality.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence through clear, thoughtful dialogue.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Comfortable prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and pace.
  • Creative mindset with a genuine interest in styling and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Brings a foundational understanding of Visual Merchandising, ideally gained within a premium or luxury retail environment.
