Job Description

Join The Estée Lauder Companies Balkans Affiliate in Athens as a Visual Merchandiser and help bring our world-renowned prestige beauty brands to life in-store. In this role, you will shape exceptional consumer experiences, elevate brand visibility across key retail partners and ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising strategies that inspire consumers and drive business results.

Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Execution

  • Ensure retailer compliance with brand merchandising standards by implementing a structured store visit program in top doors when possible.
  • Review and recommend new merchandising concepts and highlight key product launches.
  • Adapt Global/Regional merchandising guidelines to align with local market standards and consumer preferences.
  • Develop, present, and implement fundamental merchandising guidelines at the store level.

Production & Trade Materials

  • Oversee the production process and supply of trade materials in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Executive.
  • Manage the ordering, execution, maintenance, and implementation of Point of sale materials for key consumer moments.
  • Supervise production and material supply, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with retailer deadlines .

Store Development & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with the Store Design Team to order visual merchandising fixtures and elements for new stores/renovations and oversee production and installation.
  • Own the assets management of stores (both free standing stores and counters)
  • Maintain a comprehensive master list of store details, including lightbox specifications, video content and music lists, shelf allocations for pricing strips, tester units, and other key fixtures.

Budget & Operational Management

  • Manage visual merchandising budgets in collaboration with the brand team, ensuring cost planning aligns with the budget and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing visual merchandising projects across multiple retail locations, including planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization software, particularly AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity implementation in physical retail spaces and consumer experience optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
