We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team in NSW. This role is key to executing visually compelling showroom displays that maximize sales potential and uphold our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly coordination and transfers of showroom stock in accordance with national merchandise guidelines.
  • Creation and maintenance of scaled showroom floor plans using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Moving furniture and displaying new stock onto showroom floors (this role includes a physical component).
  • Ensuring exceptional presentation standards and adherence to correct product placement and promotional activity across your assigned stores.
  • Completing store reports, stocktakes, and maintaining regular communication with store teams and sales managers.
  • Coordinating floor stock ranges to ensure all products remain in excellent showroom condition.
  • Analysing sales reports to ensure optimal product placement and sales positioning in each store.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail across both creative presentation and stock control.
  • Strong spatial awareness with the ability to create beautiful room settings and a genuine interest in interiors.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate across sales, warehouse, and management teams.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel to assigned showrooms on a rotational basis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite, particularly Illustrator (desirable but not essential).
  • Interior design or visual merchandising background highly regarded but not essential.
