The Visual Merchandiser II is responsible for retail projects.
Responsibilities:
Develops new store VM plan and setup.
Executes retail marketing campaign roll out, material ordering, and in-store setup.
Conducts regular store visit and communication with frontline staff to ensure qualified VM maintenance is achieved.
Provides VM training to internal sales and retail team, retailers, and frontline staff.
Manages and monitors store VM execution and maintenance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
• College or above, major in design or art or related discipline
• 3-5 years in retail project industry, sports is preferred
• Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw & ppt
• Good in read & written English
• Creative & open minded

• Good project & time management
• Resourceful
• Travel: Extensive - +50%
• Work Schedule: Varies
• Other Requirements: Exposure to a computer CRT. A valid passport and the abilitiy to travel to the United States periodically is a necessity.
