As a Visual Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content for a variety of marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with our marketing team, developers, and project managers to create designs that align with OurCodeLab brand guidelines and effectively communicate our

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials including web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and project management teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, project timelines, and marketing goals
• Create visual assets and marketing collateral including infographics, banners, illustrations, and other graphics to support marketing campaigns and events
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the continued evolution and innovation of our marketing designs
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials
• Communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and receive feedback to improve designs
• Assist the marketing director to create marketing materials for OurCodeLab

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web design, social media campaigns, digital ads, and print materials
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations
• Either has completed National Service or is exempted from / not applicable for National Service *
